Ahyoka Yoga

After the Government guidance this week and for the health and wellbeing for everyone, I have decided to cancel all my Yoga classes for the next few weeks xx

Ahyoka means, She brought happiness; Bringer of Joy.
Yoga is a Sanskrit word, which is translated as union, the union of mind, body and spirit. It is thought that the practice of yoga is over 4000 years old.

Ahyoka Yoga runs some of the best yoga classes in the area, and it has a nice website.

A relaxing (yoga) weekend in beautiful surroundings with good company & excellent food. I find yoga restorative, keeps me flexible & calm, more able to deal with life’s tedium’s.
